Payment Methods

Tell us which form of payment you will be using to pay for your order:
    
bY Credit card

All Credit Card payments are processed via PayPal, but you do not need to have a PayPal account to shop with us. Simply indicate PayPal payment on your order form. There is no direct link to PayPal.

* We will calculate a total including shipping cost and generate a PayPal invoice. Shipping costs will vary depending on your order and destination.

*  PayPal will forward this invoice to you at the email address you have provided which will allows you to enter the credit card information safely,  click "send" & you are done! We receive a notice from Pay Pal that you have paid for your order.
*  If no payment is received within 48 hours your order will be cancelled.

** DO NOT include your credit card number in your order form. For your security, we use PayPal to process your credit card transactions.

bY Direct Deposit

Payment via direct credit (Internet Banking or Cheque Deposit) into our bank account  is always welcome, however you name must be used as a reference when using Bank Deposit so we can identify your payment.
Once your deposit has been verified, we will reply to you by email and post out your order shortly after.

Direct depositing from one bank to another is not instantaneous. It may take 24 hours or longer for funds to be successfully transferred. As soon as this occurs, we will send you a confirmation email. Please be aware of this delay.

Returns / Exchanges / Replacements

We want all of our customers to be 100% completely satisfied with their purchase and to recommend us to others. We are committed to having happy customers and to exceeding expectations. We want to be known for great prices and great products. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product simply return it within 15 days for a 100% refund ( shipping not included) under the following conditions:-
  • Customers are strongly advised to check the product purchased at the time of delivery to avoid any possible dispute. All Products leaving InLife International have been checked for quality and quantity accuracy.
  • Products must be returned in new condition, shipped in the original packaging and materials to qualify for a refund. Special Orders items are not refundable.
  • We will not be able to offer a credit or refund on any open items unless due to product fault.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • We will process your return in 5 business days after we receive your package.

Colours and Prints

Since many computer monitors vary; the actual colours of the items offered for sale may be a little different from what you might expect from seeing them on the monitors. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We may put orders on Hold (even though it's an urgent order) until the customer replies to our email. If the customer does not reply after certain period of time, we may need to cancel the order.
